Joining a fraternity can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. But how does one become a TEP brother?The path to brotherhood begins during Rush: a time honored tradition shared with nearly every fraternity. During rush, one attends rush events to meet current brothers. At RPI, rush is held at the beginning of each semester and is nearly a month long. The most important part of rush is deciding which - if any - fraternity to pledge, should you receive a bid. Rush is an outstanding way for you to meet friends. You will not only meet the brothers of the fraternity, you will meet fellow students who are also rushing fraternities.
