The TEPhi executive board's responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of the fraternity. The five member board is responsible for the leadership of the brotherhood, and for overseeing the implementation of the decisions made at house meetings by the brotherhood as a whole.
The offices that compose the Executive Board are Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Bursar, Scribe and Historian. The Chancellor is the head of the fraternity. It is his role to represent the fraternity to the world and preside over house meetings. The Vice Chancellor's role is to oversee the work being carried on by committees within the brotherhood, and to preside over meetings of the Executive Board. The Vice Chancellor takes the Chancellor's place when the Chancellor is unable to do so. The Bursar is the CFO of the brotherhood. He is responsible for collecting dues and for paying bills and insuring that the house is in good financial shape. The Scribe is the record keeper at all house meetings. He is responsible for all correspondence with the national fraternity and with external bodies. The Historian is responsible for keeping a record of the doings of the fraternity. The historian also represents the brotherhood in the RPI Inter-fraternity Council.
